Notes from the Front Desk. Did you know?

Personalizing a greeting card or  a teapot, and other items is your choice?  It's easy. But note, if you don't want the bother, I can personalize it for you for free and hide it as a private purchase if you request it. Only you will have the link to purchase, If requested.

Also, please note, for further personalization....

I do personal portraits of your pets from photos as photo paintings or in an illustration style, depending on the quality of the photo.   The page describing  this service is explained on my Facebook page  (Pets  and Animal Photo Paintings, DesignsbyLee) in totally simple  terms and conditions.

To summarize here:  The  key condition  is that my work that is  derived from your photo  is mine and may be sold by me on various products. You  still own the original photo, of course. By uploading the photo to me, you grant this specified  right to me, that I may use my  art work  to market and sell the image(s)  derived from your photograph.  It is  a free service under  these terms.   I usually ask for a confirmation email to this agreement, but the upload  to me or my FB page is sufficient for this permission of use.

You are not obligated to purchase any of the products I produce.  If you decide to purchase products with the derived image, all royalties go to National Samoyed Rescue Organization (Trust), a 501(c)3, a federally registered non-profit.  I receive no payment for this work, as a volunteer artist for NSR.  You may not resell my work except to raise money for a  legitimate animal rescue organization, ( I would appreciate being emailed if you do sell it for this specified cause.) Never sell my work for personal gain.

That is it,  Simple,

Cheers,
DesignsbyLee
